What types of materials do you process?
Chemitique’s core business is in the manufacturing of all industrial, household, hotels, restaurants, mining, motor and contract cleaning materials.
Are there any limitations on the size of packaging?
Different services require certain limitations on the size of products. We supply anything from 50mls to 1000L. Please call to discuss your application.
What is product development?
We develop specific signature soaps for our clients. We work through the entire development process with them which includes initial consultations to find out what their needs are. We formulate & custom design their products, test stability, and hand over to client. The next step is called contract manufacturing where we manufacture the said products for them monthly.

We prefer to that as contract manufacturing
Does the contract manufacturer provide raw materials or do I?
Generally, Chemitique provides the raw materials, but exceptions have been made should the client want to provide their own.
Are there any limitations to batch sizes when it comes to contract manufacturing?
Yes, the minimum batch size for personalized products is 200L
Will my formula be safe? / Does Chemitique sign confidentiality agreements or non-disclosure forms?
Chemitique will sign either confidentiality agreements or non-disclosure forms as required by the customer.
Do you offer label design assistance?
Yes, we have a designer that can assist you, please contact us for a quotation.
Is there a list of chemicals or materials that you do not blend or handle?
There is no particular list, but we do not process super oxidizers or highly flammable materials, or materials that have noxious odors or produce highly explosive dust.
What are your safety and regulatory standards?
Chemitique has a strict quality and safety policy in place as well as in-house Safety Manual and follows all SABS guidelines and procedures.
How do you keep materials contamination free?
Chemitique thoroughly cleans and inspects all equipment involved prior to toll processing of different material.
Can you perform batch processing?
Chemitique performs batch processing on a daily basis and can supply batch processing records for any process upon request.
What is your minimum order quantity for processing?
Chemitique has no minimum order for processing on our standard stock items but understands that small volume services will have a higher fee per unit volume than larger volumes. Non-standard orders require a minimum order of 200L.
Can you purchase raw materials in addition to manufacture them?
Generally, we do not, call to discuss your particular application.
Can you offer smaller runs and test batching?
Chemitique does offer a lab batch size test run for certain services.
When does Chemitique deliver products?
We only deliver to Clients who purchase over R1000.00.
What are normal lead times for delivery?
2 – 3 working day.
What type of packaging is available?
PET Plastic, Poly drums, Open head drums, Fowbins, Bags, boxes, drums, poly liners & pallets
Do you accept returned goods?
Only if the returned goods are unopened and have been purchased within two months. Should you feel that there is a problem with the soap, we will gladly take it in for a quality-controlled inspection, and should it be found faulty, we will gladly replace the product.
